The Stag & Hounds is an old, traditional country public house/restaurant offering a fine selection of up to six real ales including Marlow Rebellion, Adnams and Brakespeares plus a good choice from local micro-breweries and others from all over the country. In fact, we are regularly used by local Camra members and expect to be in this years Good Beer Guide! We pride ourselves for being a friendly conversational pub with no loud music and a good wall between the lounge bar and restaurant. Our restaurant always offers a wide range of genuinely home made fayre with an ever changing choice of specials. Whether you are looking for a three course meal or just a sandwich at lunchtime, you won’t be disappointed.
